Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) and Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) issued the following statements on the Senate confirmation of Nevada State Assembly Speaker Jason Frierson to be U.S. Attorney for the state of Nevada.
“Jason Frierson is a passionate, dedicated, and deeply knowledgeable Nevadan who will make an excellent U.S. Attorney for Nevada,” said Senator Cortez Masto. “This position has been vacant for over a year, and I’m thrilled to celebrate his confirmation. I know he will get right to work keeping Nevadans safe.”
