Las Vegas, Nev. –U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) joined the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium to kick off their home game against the New England Patriots on Sunday. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Senator Cortez Masto lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch to start the game and honored the contributions of Nevada’s Latino community with her hometown team.
Senator Cortez Masto join’s the NFL’s Latino Heritage Month celebration at Allegiant Stadium before the Las Vegas Raiders’ game.
“It was my honor to join the Raiders during their Latino Heritage Month celebration. I am so proud to represent Nevada’s Latino community, and it was great to see a big win for our hometown team,” said Senator Cortez Masto.
